Ambition Education Trust comprises 10 schools across St Albans, Welwyn Garden City and Hemel Hempstead. We are 5 secondary, 3 primary, 1 junior and 1 infants' school. Over 7500 young people with ages ranging from 3 to 18 are within our care. This is a huge privilege and our core focus is to ensure effectiveness of standards at all levels so that all can flourish.

While each of our schools is unique, we understand that the mutual challenge, support and partnership that we offer each other as a Trust working together, will enable all schools to thrive and continue to develop into centres of excellence.

We have considerable experience and increased capacity across our larger Trust, to ensure efficient and effective use of physical, financial and human resources, led by a central team which supports all activities within the Trust.
