Special Education Needs

Our School SENDCo is Miss Kate McAlister who can be contacted at sendco@skyswood.aetrust.uk

Miss McAlister leads our designated SEN team, which includes Mr Bridle (Headteacher), Mrs Rich and Mrs Spiller (Senior Leadership). The team work in close partnership with all staff, and parents of children with Special Educational Needs. Pupil voice is of great significance at Skyswood Primary school, and pupils with Special Educational Needs, alongside their parents, have the opportunity to meet with the SENDCo and class teachers each term to review progress and agree future targets.

Our trust is composed of 10 schools situated in Hertfordshire, across St Albans, Welwyn Garden City and Hemel Hempstead.
