Pizza making in Year 1!

Yesterday, Year 1 had great fun making their pizzas.

The children were great at following instructions to knead the dough, stretch out the base and put on the sauce and cheese.

The children then added their toppings of choice to match their design. Their pizza was then cooked in the pizza oven and they then had the chance to eat their creations. Finally, they evaluated their pizza, deciding what they would do differently next time.

The children also took half their pizza home to share with their family. I hope you all enjoyed your tasting session!
