Stars of the week- Week ending Friday 15th May

Nursery- Bobby

For showing increasing resilience at the start of the day, when saying 'goodbye' to mummy in the morning.

Reception- Rohan and Raf

Rohan- for his fantastic efforts in writing, and in particular his wonderful minibeast riddle.

Raf- the rainbow certificate for showing ALL of our values; always kind and respectful, increasingly willing to give things a go and explore all the different areas of learning over the course of the week.

Year 1- Ami and Amelia

Ami-  for her fantastic efforts in literacy, especially with her 'Ami maps it out' story.

Amelia- a rainbow certificate for being such na kind and brilliant role model within the class, along with her excellent progress (particularly her outstanding efforts in reading at home).

Year 2- Mabel and Ariana

Mabel- for her bright sense of humour and always making her friends, and Miss Gray, laugh!

Ariana- for her determined efforts and resilience when faced with a challenge, particularly in maths.

Year 3- Alessia and Olivia P

A wonderful 'double act'; both of these girls have made a fantastic effort with their reading and this has made a real impact on the quality, style and confidence shown in their writing!

Year 4- Anna and Simran

Anna- a rainbow certificate in recognition of how much she contributes to the class; through her friendships and kindness right through to her positive attitude and growth mindset in learning, with a particular mention going to her determination and progress in maths.

Simran- For her absolute passion for learning and the curiosity and desire shown when extending her learning through taking on additional challenges.

Year 5- Kodjo and Edward

Kodjo- For the respect he shows to peers and adults, which is also evident through his sporting achievements; a real asset and leader within our Year 5 football team.

Edward- For his high level of self-motivation and respect for all aspects of school life, which had impacted on his excellent progress, particularly in English, and his fabulous creativity which always comes to the fore in art!

Year 6- The Whole Class!

For their excellent attitude and efforts through SATS week. Well done Year 6, we are tremendously proud of you all!
