Stars of the week- Week ending Friday 4th July

We were delighted this week to have our Stars of the Week certificates for reception up to Year 5 presented by two former Skyswood pupils, Sam and Lexi. We are incredibly proud of these two former students who are in the sixth form at Sandringham and have proudly represented the school as Head Boy and Deputy Head Girl over the course of the year. We are equally proud that another two former Skyswood pupils, Natalie and Eliana, have been made Head Girl and Deputy Head girl for next year. There was not a Year 6 certificate this week as the Year 6 pupils were out at a Dance Festival and a Gaelic Football tournament.

Nursery- Daoud

For his natural curiosity and willingness to give things a go!

Reception- Amy

For her incredible kindness, including a real effort to help a new pupil settle into the school this week, as well as being so inclusive in her play.

Year 1- Jasper

For his incredible efforts in writing, producing a wonderfully descriptive story and making a real effort to apply his phonics and punctuation.

Year 2- Jeffrey

For his genuine passion for taking on a challenge, particularly with his maths.

Year 3- Lucas

For having so much respect for his learning and his class mates, and being such a positive role model within the class.

Year 4- Chloe R

For being such an 'all-rounder' and applying a tremendous attitude to all areas of school life; showing respect for school rules, interest in new learning, kindness to her peers and always being happy to lend a hand!

Year 5- Oliver & Kitty

Oliver- For his application to learning, natural curiosity, quality of questioning and positive mindset.

Kitty- For her kindness, reliability, consistency and positivity!
