Summer Fair Success!

Our Skyswood Summer Fair was as successful as ever, with a fantastic turn out  and just a couple of short showers over the course of the afternoon that certainly didn't dampen our spirits. Our children and families enjoyed the class stalls (based on this year's theme of Fabulous Films) along with the Bucking Bronco, Bouncy castle, Tombola, face painting and so much more! A real highlight was the Showtime Circus (linked to the Year 6 film theme of The Greatest Showman). Several children tried out a whole range of new skills and it proved to be a key attraction. The music played, Beatz Dance performed some fabulous routines, and the fun continued long into the evening. A number of children came in fancy dress and congratulations must go to all those who entered the Fabulous Film Cake Competition or the Make a Minion Competition. A big thank you to all of those parents (and children) who helped to set up, run the stalls, and clear up on the Sunday. It was a wonderful day and is always such a special day for our school community.
