Year 4 Shine at Abbey Carol Service!

Our Year 4 class joined up with several other local schools to perform at the SAPSMA  Abbey Christmas Carol service on Wednesday 3rd December. The theme was based on our Advent Calendar and counting the days of preparation up until Christmas Day. The children sang nine carols in total, starting off with 'It came upon the midnight clear' and finishing off with a traditional favourite; 'O Come all Ye Faithful.'

Well done to all the children, with a special congratulations to Layla, Betsy and Cian for their readings, along with Baani and Oliver for their Advent calendar contributions.

The class were, as always, great ambassadors for Skyswood School. It was a great way to start off a long-line of Christmas plays, events and celebrations.
