Year 6 are using the book 'The Spiderwick Chronicles' as a basis for writing a non-chronological report. We are currently practising diary-writing and report-writing. We have written a diary entry from the point of view of a boggart who has done a mischievous activity, and a report by a local radio station about a creature found in the school grounds. Here are some excerpts from some of our work.

Our Trust comprises of 10 schools situated in Hertfordshire across St Albans, Welwyn Garden City and Hemel Hempstead. We comprise of three primary, one infants, one junior and five secondary schools, with over 800 staff delivering high quality education to 7500 young people aged from 3 to 18. This is a huge privilege, as we strive in our aim of Educational Excellence for All.
